JoanE has been working in dental care for over 35 years now, with many of them spent right here at Dr. Hoop’s office. There’s a lot to love about her job, especially getting to watch a patient’s transformation over time and seeing their face just light up with joy at the end result! It’s also wonderful that the people she works with don’t feel like just other employees – they’re family!
When she isn’t busy at work, JoanE spends a lot of time with her pets. Petey is her little pup, and she takes him to the dog park regularly. Tabby is her cat. As for personal hobbies, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and singing in her church choir.

Brenn began her dental career in 2016; she became a member of our team in February of 2020. She received her dental hygiene license in the state of Kansas and practiced for two years before returning to Kansas State University to earn her bachelor’s degree. She is currently working toward completing her degree in Microbiology with a minor in Gerontology and Leadership Studies. What she enjoys most about her role are the wonderful people she works with. Just like her, they are dedicated workers who truly care about each patient!
Brenn currently lives with her significantly other and their two Golden Retrievers, whom they take swimming when they can. When she isn’t busy helping patients, she’s very passionate about home décor and can usually be found refinishing furniture or painting anything in her house.
